Article 1
In Article 11c(2) of Regulation (EU) No 36/2012, point (a) is replaced by the following:
‘(a)
the goods were exported from Syria prior to 15 March 2011; or’

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
