Article 1

The definitive antidumping duties on imports of certain candles, tapers and the like currently falling within CN code ex 3406 00 00 (TARIC code 3406 00 00 90) originating in the People's Republic of China are hereby repealed and the proceeding concerning these imports is terminated.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
