Article 1 Amendment of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1089

The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1089 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2 Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

It shall apply from 1 January 2015.
