Article 1
In Article 2 of Implementing Decision 2012/294/EU, the first sentence is replaced by the following: βAll payments in respect of which a reimbursement is claimed shall be made by the Member State concerned by 31Β March 2017.β

This Decision shall apply from 1 July 2016.
