The State aid which Hungary has implemented for AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Ltd amounting to a maximum of HUF 39Β 952 million (discounted to the date of notification) in present value and representing a maximum aid intensity of 11,24 % in gross grant equivalent is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(a) of the TFEU.
This Decision is addressed to Hungary.
