Reports of planned start of ship recycling required under Article 13(2)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2013 shall comply with the format set out in the Annex to this Decision.
This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
