Transitional measures
Article 2
Open ↗Member States shall withdraw authorisations for plant protection products containing isoproturon as active substance by 30 September 2016.
Grace periods
Article 3
Open ↗Any grace period granted by Member States in accordance with Article 46 of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 shall be as short as possible and shall expire on 30 September 2017 at the latest.
Amendments to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011

Open ↗In Part A of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011, row 28 on isoproturon is deleted.
Entry into force

Open ↗This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2016.
