Council Decision (EU) 2017/1937 of 11 July 2017 on the signing, on behalf of the European Union, and provisional application of the Treaty establishing the Transport Community

Article 1

The signing on behalf of the European Union of the Treaty establishing the Transport Community is hereby authorised, subject to its conclusion.

The text of the Transport Community Treaty is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the Transport Community Treaty on behalf of the Union.

Article 3

The Transport Community Treaty shall be applied on a provisional basis, in accordance with Article 41(3) thereof, as from the date of its signature, pending its entry into force.

Article 4

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
