Open ↗The protection provided under Article 1 is subject to the transitional period granted by France pursuant to the Order of 29 October 2015 on the protected geographical indication ‘Emmental de Savoie’, published on 7 November 2015 in the Official Journal of the French Republic under Article 15(4) of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012, to operators meeting the conditions of that Article.
