Open ↗Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Open ↗This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

Point B of Annex II to Directive 2002/46/EC is amended as follows: (a) the following entry is inserted after the entry for ‘silicic acid’: ‘organic silicon (monomethylsilanetriol)’; (b) the following entry is inserted after the entry ‘calcium sulphate’: ‘calcium phosphoryl oligosaccharides’. 2. In point 2 of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 the following entry is inserted after the entry ‘calcium sulphate’: ‘calcium phosphoryl oligosaccharides’.
