Open ↗The President of the Council shall designate the person(s) empowered to notify the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil, on behalf of the Union, that the Union has completed its internal procedures necessary for the renewal of the Agreement in accordance with Article XII(2) of the Agreement.
Article 3
Open ↗This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
