Article 1

The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of ferro-chromium, containing by weight more than 0,05 % but not more than 0,5 % of carbon originating in the PRC, Russia and Turkey, currently falling under CN code 7202 49 50, is hereby terminated.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
