Article 1
The temporary suspension of preferential customs duty on imports of fresh bananas classified under subheading 0803 90 10 of the European Union Combined Nomenclature and originating in Guatemala and or Peru is not appropriate.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
