Council Decision (EU) 2019/3 of 19 December 2018 on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Regional Steering Committee of the Transport Community as regards certain budgetary matters in relation to the implementation of the Treaty establishing the Transport Community

Article 1

The position to be taken on the Union's behalf within the Regional Steering Committee of the Transport Community shall be based on the draft Decision of the Steering Committee attached to this Decision.

Minor changes to that draft Decision may be agreed to by the representatives of the Union within the Steering Committee without further decision by the Council.

Article 1

The budget of the Transport Community for the year 2019, attached to this Decision, is hereby adopted.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

Article 2

The European Commission shall be in charge of implementing the budget and of the initiation of the work of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community in accordance with Article 3.

Article 3

Article 2 shall apply from … December 2018. It shall cease to apply on the day prior to that on which the appointment of the Director of the Permanent Secretariat becomes effective.
