Article 1

The Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation on the cumulation of origin between the European Union, the Swiss Confederation, the Kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Turkey in the framework of the Generalised System of Preferences is hereby approved on behalf of the Union. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in paragraph 18 of the Agreement  ( 4 ) .

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
