The Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/2323 is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

The U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act prohibits the import into the US of foreign flagged vessels that contain PCB concentrations greater than 50 parts per million. The facility has two slips with ramps for final vessel recycling (East Slip and West Slip). Ships flying a flag of EU Member States shall be recycled exclusively on the East Slip ramp.
