Directive 2014/25/EU shall not apply to contracts awarded by contracting entities and intended to enable the following activities to be carried out in the territory of Croatia: β€” domestic express parcel delivery services; β€” international express parcel delivery services; β€” domestic unaddressed mail delivery services.
