Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on 30 September 2019.

This Decision is addressed to the organisers (members of the citizens' committee) of the proposed citizens' initiative entitled ‘Save bees and farmers! Towards a bee-friendly agriculture for a healthy environment’, represented by Mr Karl BÄR and Mr Helmut BURTSCHER-SCHADEN acting as contact persons.
