Amendments to Directive 2002/55/EC
Article 1
Directive 2002/55/EC is amended in accordance with part A of the Annex to this Directive.

Amendments to Directive 2008/72/EC
Article 2
Annex II to Directive 2008/72/EC is replaced by the text set out in part B of the Annex to this Directive.
Amendments to Directive 93/61/EEC
Article 3
The Annex of Directive 93/61/EEC is amended in accordance with part C of the Annex to this Directive.
Transposition
Article 4
Member States shall adopt and publish, by 30Β June 2020, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive. They shall immediately inform the Commission thereof. They shall apply those provisions from 1Β July 2020. When Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or be accompanied by such a reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member States shall determine how such reference is to be made.
Entry into force
Article 5
This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

This Directive is addressed to the Member States.
