Article 1
Article 15 of Directive 2014/25/EU is amended as follows: (1) in point (a), βEUR 443Β 000β is replaced by βEUR 428Β 000β; (2) in point (b), βEUR 5Β 548Β 000β is replaced by βEUR 5Β 350Β 000β.

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2020.
