Article 1

Article 15 of Directive 2014/25/EU is amended as follows:

(1)

in point (a), ‘EUR 443 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 428 000’;

(2)

in point (b), ‘EUR 5 548 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5 350 000’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

It shall apply from 1 January 2020.
