Article 1

Romania may not repeat the granting of authorisation under Article 53(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 for plant protection products containing the active substances clothianidin or imidacloprid for use on Brassica napus against the pests Phyllotreta spp. or Psylliodes spp.

Article 2

This decision is addressed to Romania.
