Article 1
The renewal of the Agreement for an additional period of five years is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.

Council Decision (EU) 2020/789 of 9 June 2020 on the renewal of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Community and the Government of the Republic of India
Article 2
The President of the Council shall designate the person(s) empowered to notify the Government of the Republic of India, on behalf of the Union, that the Union has completed its internal procedures necessary for the renewal of the Agreement in accordance with point (a) of Article 11 of the Agreement.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
