Article 1

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf in the Customs Committee established under the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Korea, of the other part, shall be based on the draft recommendation of that Customs Committee  ( 2 ) .

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
