Article 1
In Article 6 of Decision (CFSP) 2016/1693, paragraph 5 is replaced by the following:
‘5.
The measures referred to in Article 2(2) and Article 3(3) and (4) shall apply until 31 October 2021.’.

Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
