Article 1

The partial interim review limited to injury of the anti-dumping and countervailing measures applicable to imports of certain graphite electrode systems originating in India (currently falling under CN codes ex 8545 11 00 (TARIC code 8545110010) and ex 8545 90 90 (TARIC code 8545909010)) is terminated.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
