The body βGovernment of Nunavutβ is hereby recognised as a body that is authorised to issue documents attesting compliance with the conditions set out in Article 3(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1007/2009.

Article 2
Decisions C(2015) 5253 and C(2015) 7273 are repealed.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
