Approval of the active substance

Article 1

The active substance Lavandulyl senecioate, as specified in Annex I, is approved subject to the conditions laid down in that Annex.

Amendments to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011

Article 2

Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation.

Entry into force

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

Member State shall assess any extension of the use pattern beyond passive dispensers, in order to establish whether the proposed extensions of use fulfil the requirements of Article 29(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 and of the uniform principles laid down in Commission Regulation (EU) No 546/2011  ( 2 ) . ANNEX II In Part D of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011, the following entry is added: ‘19 Lavandulyl senecioate CAS No: 23960-07-8 CIPAC No: n.a. (RS)-5-methyl-2-(prop-1-en-2-yl)hex-4-en-1-yl 3-methylbut-2-enoate ≥ 894 g/kg 3 June 2020 3 June 2035 For the implementation of the uniform principles as referred to in Article 29(6) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, the conclusions of the review report on Lavandulyl senecioate, and in particular Appendices I and II thereto, shall be taken into account.
