Article 134(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 is amended as follows: (a) the fifth indent is replaced by the following: ββ 2020: 3 %β; (b) the following indent is added: ββ 2021 to 2023: 2 %.β.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
