Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011
Article 2
Open βIn Part A of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011, row 114, on mancozeb, is deleted.
Transitional measures
Article 3
Open βMember States shall withdraw authorisations for plant protection products containing mancozeb as an active substance at the latest by 4 July 2021.
Grace period
Article 4
Open βAny grace period granted by Member States in accordance with Article 46 of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 shall expire at the latest by 4 January 2022.
Entry into force
Article 5
Open βThis Regulation shall enter into force on twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
