Article 1
The position to be taken on behalf of the Union at the first meeting of the Joint Committee established by Article 22 of the Euro-Mediterranean aviation agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part and the Kingdom of Morocco, of the other part, as regards the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Joint Committee shall be based on the draft Decision of the Joint Committee ( 3 ) .
Minor changes to the draft Decision of the Joint Committee may be agreed to by the representatives of the Union within the Joint Committee without a further Council decision.
