Article 1

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf within the Association Committee in Trade configuration as regards the comprehensive roadmap approved by the Government of Georgia, and the completion of Phase 1 as set out in Annex XVI-B to the Agreement, shall be based on the draft Decision of the Association Committee in Trade configuration ( 4 ) .

Article 2

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf in the Association Council as regards the granting of reciprocal market access in accordance with Annex XVI-B to the Agreement shall be based on the draft Decision of the Association Council ( 4 ) .

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
