Article 1

The Agreement with Respect to Time Limitations on Arrangements for the Provision of Aircraft with Crew between the European Union, the United States of America, Iceland, and the Kingdom of Norway, of which the Joint Declaration forms an integral part, is hereby approved on behalf of the Union  ( 5 ) .

Article 2

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 7(1) of the Agreement  ( 6 ) .

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
