Article 1
The Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Korea on certain aspects of air services is hereby approved on behalf of the Union ( 3 ) .

Decision
Council Decision (EU) 2021/1790 of 5 October 2021 on the conclusion, on behalf of the Union, of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Korea on certain aspects of air services
Article 2
The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 8(1) of the Agreement ( 4 ) .
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
