Article 1

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf regarding the adoption by the participants of a decision by written procedure to review the Coal-Fired Electricity Generation Sector Understanding contained in Annex VI to the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development shall be based on the position of the European Union  ( 2 ) .

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
