Article 1

The Health and Safety Executive of the United Kingdom, acting on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland, may extend until 21 November 2022 the action to permit the making available on the market and use of the biocidal product Micronclean Hand Sanitiser, in the United Kingdom in respect of Northern Ireland.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Health and Safety Executive of the United Kingdom, acting on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland.

It shall apply from 20 May 2021.
