Article 1

The European initiative entitled ‘EVE INITIATIVE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE RIGHT TO DECIDE’ shall not be registered.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the group of organisers of the citizens’ initiative entitled ‘EVE INITIATIVE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE RIGHT TO DECIDE’, represented by Mr Eberardo SÁNCHEZ LÓPEZ and Mr Juan Carlos ESCUDERO GONZÁLEZ acting as contact persons.
