Article 1

1. The anti-dumping duties on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel originating in the People’s Republic of China imposed by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2272 are repealed as from 9 December 2015. 2. Any definitive duty paid pursuant to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2272 shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
