Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1091 of 2 July 2021 amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/159 imposing a definitive safeguard measure against imports of certain steel products

Article 1

The part of the table IV.1 with the title ‘Volumes of tariff–rate quotas’ concerning product categories 4A and 4B in Annex IV of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/159 is replaced by the table in Annex I.

Article 2

The part of the table IV.2 with the title ‘Volumes of global tariff–rate quotas per trimester’ concerning product categories 4A and 4B in Annex IV of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/159 is replaced by the table in Annex II.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . This Regulation shall apply from 1 July 2021.
