Article 1

The geographical indication ‘Madarasi birspálinka’ is hereby entered in the register. This Regulation grants the name ‘Madarasi birspálinka’ the protection referred to in Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2019/787 in accordance with Article 30(4) of that Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
