Open ↗This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 6 November 2021.

Open ↗ANNEX Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 is corrected as follows: in the column ‘terbuthylazine (R) (F)’, the maximum residue levels for code number 0234000 ‘sweet corn’, 0500030 ‘maize/corn’ and 0500080 ‘sorghum’ are replaced by the following values: (a) Code number 0234000 ‘sweet corn’: ‘0,01 (*)(+)’ by ‘0,02 (*)(+)’ (b) Code number 0500030 ‘maize/corn’: ‘0,01 (*)’ by ‘0,02 (*)’ (c) Code number 0500080 ‘sorghum’: ‘0,01 (*)’ by ‘0,02 (*)’
