Commission Decision (EU) 2022/119 of 26 January 2022 repealing Decision 2004/613/EC concerning the creation of an advisory group on the food chain and animal and plant health
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day after that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
It shall apply from 15 July 2022.
