Article 1 Amendments to Decision 2003/17/EC

Decision 2003/17/EC is amended as follows:

(1)

in Article 6, the date ‘31 December 2022’ is replaced by the date ‘31 December 2029’;

(2)

the table in Annex I is amended as follows:

(a)

the following row is inserted between the rows ‘AU’ and ‘BR’:

Article 2 Entry into force

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
