Article 1

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf within the 12th WTO Ministerial Conference shall be to support the adoption of the draft WTO ministerial decisions on: (a) the draft agreement on fisheries subsidies (WT/MIN(22)/W/22); (b) the TRIPS Agreement (WT/MIN(22)/W/15/Rev.2); and (c) the World Food Programme food-purchases exemptions from export prohibitions or restrictions (WT/MIN(22)/W/18).

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
