Ms Thérèse BLANCHET is hereby appointed Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union for the period from 1 November 2022 to 31 October 2027.

Article 2
This Decision shall be notified to Ms Thérèse BLANCHET by the President of the Council.
It shall take effect on the date of its notification.
Article 3
This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
