Decision 2010/638/CFSP is amended as follows: (1) the title is replaced by the following: ‘Council Decision 2010/638/CFSP of 25 October 2010 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Guinea’; (2) in Article 8, paragraph (2) is replaced by the following: ‘2. This Decision shall apply until 27 October 2023. It shall be kept under constant review. It shall be renewed or amended, as appropriate, if the Council deems that its objectives have not been met.’.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
