Article 1

Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 708/2007 is amended as follows: (1) in the PART A – General, the following species is added: Pagrus major , Red seabream, also known as Japanese seabream; (2) the Latin name of species Acipenser gueldenstaeti is replaced by Acipenser gueldenstaedtii ; (3) the Latin name of species Aristichthys nobilis is replaced by Hypophthalmichthys nobilis ; (4) a footnote is added to the title in Annex IV with the following text: ‘Hybrids of species included in this Annex should not be considered as part of this list.’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
