Article 1
The Annex to Regulation (EU) No 231/2012 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX In the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 231/2012, in the entry for ‘E 262 (ii) sodium diacetate’, under ‘Definition’, the row for assay is replaced by the following: ‘Assay Content 39 to 43 % of free acetic acid and 57 to 60 % of sodium acetate’
