Article 1

Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2021/821 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .

ANNEX

Annex II is amended as follows:

(1)

in Section C ‘EXPORT AFTER REPAIR/REPLACEMENT’, Part 2 ‘Destinations’, the indent concerning Russia is deleted;

(2)

in Section D ‘TEMPORARY EXPORT FOR EXHIBITION OR FAIR’, Part 2 ‘Destinations’, the indent concerning Russia is deleted;

(3)

in Section E ‘TELECOMMUNICATIONS’, Part 2 ‘Destinations’, the indent concerning Russia is deleted.
