Article 1

1.   The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/546 is amended as follows:

‘Guangdong Huachang Aluminium Factory Co., Ltd.

is replaced by

‘Guangdong Huachang Group Co., Ltd.

C575’

2.   The TARIC additional code C575 previously attributed to Guangdong Huachang Aluminium Factory Co., Ltd. shall apply to Guangdong Huachang Group Co., Ltd. as of 9 June 2021.

3.   Any definitive duty paid on imports of products manufactured by Guangdong Huachang Group Co., Ltd. in excess of the anti-dumping duty established in Article 1(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/546 as regards Guangdong Huachang Aluminium Factory Co., Ltd. shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
