The authorisation of ethoxyquin (E 324) as an additive in animal nutrition belonging to the additive category ‘technological additives’ and to the functional group ‘antioxidants’, is denied.

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/962 is repealed.
Entry into force
Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
